Drawing inspiration from Tokyo’s street food culture, the design of Atarashi, a fast-casual, locally owned sushi restaurant, is intended to create a dynamic urban environment for its patrons to enjoy. To complete the concept, internationally recognized English muralist, Dan Kitchner, was commissioned to create the mural-style wall graphics. Atarashi’s two newest locations have been constructed by Allegheny Construction Group and engineering services were provided by Sulosky Design Group.
