This former dairy building—originally part of the historic J.V. Thompson Estate—consisted of two structures totaling approximately 11,500 sf. Our team was engaged to provide a feasibility study to evaluate the ability to accommodate the civil engineering firm’s programmatic requirements within the existing structures.
