This project enhances site access, connectivity, and outdoor living by introducing a new basement-level garage addition with a roof terrace above. Improvements include widening the existing driveway with a new retaining wall and replacing the damaged garage roof/terrace slab. Additional exterior steps and a new metal entrance gate was provided to improve access from the pool patio to the street, creating a more functional and cohesive site design.
