Completed for the “Paris to Pittsburgh” program, a collaboration of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and City of Pittsburgh Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), this design restored the first and second floor façade of this nine-story building which was originally constructed in the “Romanesque” style in the 19th century.
