While happy with their home, designed and built in the early 20th Century Maximillian Nirdlinger, the owners sought to restore and enhance several key exterior elements. Improvements include reconstruction of the deteriorated front porch, conversion of an adjacent covered side porch into a lanai, and the addition of a roof terrace. A new west-side canopy will provide sheltered entry from the driveway, which was also replaced and reconfigured to accommodate a convenient turn-around.
