Working closely with Pinnacle Redevelopment and PW Cambpell, we reimagined a traditional single-family home in Pittsburgh’s Deutschtown neighborhood. This newly constructed home features an open interior plan, while the exterior design blends into the context of the historic neighborhood. Creating a strong indoor-outdoor relationship was very important and resulted in the design of two rooftop terraces that provide sweeping Downtown views and a private courtyard design by Landscape Architect, Mark Ambtman, that incorporates a fire pit, water element and an outdoor kitchen.
