Design for the new construction of six luxury townhomes, each featuring an interior 5 ft by 14 ft skycourt that reaches from the first floor through the roof and provides natural light and ventilation in the home. Each unit also features an open floorplan, split-level configuration, two gas fireplaces, two-car garage, an entertainment room with a wet bar and rooftop terrace with an outdoor gas fireplace and views of downtown Pittsburgh.
A few years after construction completed, one of the owners asked Margittai Architects to add a rooftop terrace to take advantage of the views of the South Side Slopes.
