This renovation and addition project focuses on expanding and improving a 1920s-era home while staying true to its original architectural style. The scope includes adding a spacious new master bedroom suite, a powder room, a laundry room, and a new entrance vestibule. We’re also extending the living space into the rear yard by creating a new outdoor living area.
The first-floor dining room and home office, both currently undersized, will be enlarged. To improve access to the backyard patio, a new doorway will be added from the living room. On the second floor, a second common bathroom will be added, and space for a music studio will be included.
