To be located in the new Meridian Development, our design draws inspiration from Tokyo’s Street food culture. The design of this fast-casual, locally owned sushi restaurant, is intended to blend bold modern design with industrial details to create a vibrant, energetic dining experience. A striking orange architectural frame, sculptural linear lighting, and corrugated fiber glass canopy define the space, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the dining area with natural light.
