Since the existing wood structure had deteriorated beyond saving, only the existing foundation was of any value. Therefore, our client asked us to design him a new single-family contemporary home which included three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, a one-car garage, two separate patios and a terrace designed to allow our client to watch the sunset over downtown Pittsburgh’s skyline.
