Adapting an early-20th century brick and concrete warehouse and adding four modified shipping containers to create two unique, luxury townhomes that feature rooftop terraces, private garages, and open interior floor plans. The Cargo Lofts serves as an example of innovative design through the adaptive reuse of traditional structures and non-traditional building elements. The project was financed by RD Advisors.
