This design was created for a developer who was purchasing property, demolishing an existing structure, and building a new restaurant. The Developer wanted a design concept that was inspired by the Agave plant. Our design, the like Agave, included a
spiral staircase organized around layers of spaces for hosting, food preparation, and seating. An outdoor patio and roof terrace were also designed to provide additional seating.
