This 2,500 square foot condominium was constructed in the choir loft area of a Civil War Era church-formerly known as Saint Michael’s. Since the client was an amateur musician, he valued the fine acoustics of the existing space, and the design included a stage for his baby grand piano. Other unique one-of-a-kind details included a built-in saltwater aquarium and an observation room at the top of the former clock tower which provided 360-degree views of Pittsburgh.
