The buildings located at 216-2420 East Carson Street were constructed in the late 19th Century. A center structure had been demolished, or destroyed, years ago and a parking lot exists in that space.
The Owner of all three properties wishes to fill this space in a way that visually unifies the separate structures and provides security to the parking lot, while also conforms to the Design Guidelines prescribed by the East Carson Street Historic District Design Guidelines. Our design solution, which features a gateway element, draws inspiration from liveries which were ubiquitous during the era that the existing structures were built.
