This design transformed St. Josaphat’s, a 40,000 square foot decommissioned church and school built in 1901, into a multi-family apartment building featuring 19 units, indoor parking, common spaces, and a rooftop terrace with striking views of downtown Pittsburgh. We introduced the project to local residents and stakeholders at an open community meeting to allay concerns about the development. As a result, the project received zoning approval without opposition. Phase I, including surface parking and 4 units, was recently completed and on the market.
